Responsibilities:
As a Case Manager, your job is to be the primary point of contact between the Client and Tax Professionals working on their files for various services for business and schedule c clients. These services include compliance (estimated tax, federal tac deposits), bookkeeping, entity formation, trust formation, asset protection, RO representation and IRS resolution. This includes but is not limited to:
- Using our software to keep track of and obtain various forms, documents and records from our clients, to be submitted to Tax Professionals;
- Provide a white glove experience to your pipeline
- Communicate with clients and Tax Professionals in a helpful manner with a priority on customer service.
- Assist clients with completing IRS forms.
- Constant phone and email follow up (contacting every client at least once every 2 weeks)
Requirements:
- Ability to work 8-hour shift Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM.
- 3+ year working in administration, customer service, financial services (preferred)
- Tax Resolution or Tax Accounting experience required, EA or CPA preferred
- Proficient and easily adaptable to CRM software and computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Compensation:
- $24.00 - $26.00/hr. depending on experience
