```Duties``` - Provide case management services to clients in need of support and guidance - Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized care plans - Coordinate and collaborate with other service providers to ensure clients receive appropriate resources and referrals - Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans as needed - Advocate for clients' rights and access to services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation - Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency situations ```Skills``` - Childcare: Experience working with children and providing appropriate care and support - Workforce development: Knowledge of employment resources and strategies to help clients gain job skills and find employment opportunities - Addiction counseling: Understanding of addiction issues and ability to provide counseling and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse - Child welfare: Familiarity with child protection laws, regulations, and services to ensure the safety and well-being of children involved in cases - Medicare: Knowledge of Medicare programs, eligibility criteria, and services available to assist clients with healthcare needs - Crisis management: Ability to effectively respond to crisis situations, assess risks, and implement appropriate interventions - Mentoring: Experience providing guidance, support, and mentorship to individuals in need of guidance or role models - Crisis intervention: Skills in deescalating crisis situations, providing emotional support, and connecting individuals with necessary resources - Behavioral health: Understanding of mental health issues and ability to provide counseling, support, and referrals for individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges - Motivational interviewing: Proficiency in using motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients, explore their motivations for change, and facilitate goal-setting Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
