Our Case Managers operate as the primary points of contact for our tax resolution clients, who work in tandem with our Tax Professionals to ensure that clients are updated, informed, and up to date with their documentation and tax compliance. The Case Managers provide their Tax Professionals all the necessary information needed for the Pro to determine what the best resolution option is for their clients. Similar to a paralegal, our Case Managers primarily operate as a liaison, collecting documents, conducting analyses on cases, and communicating with the Pro’s on strategy and criteria.
Responsibilities will primarily include, but may not be limited to:
· Collecting & checking quality of documents
· Communicating with clients & providing them updates
· Manage a large client base
· Monitor client’s deadlines, requirements, and compliance
· Provide continuously excellent customer service
· Conduct analyses on client accounts to help determine strategy and direction of service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Tax Resolution Experience Required
- 2+ year of customer service and/or legal administration experience
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office & CRM experience
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient written and verbal communication skillset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
