3 of the most recent 5 years’ working with Case Management principles and practices in a leadership capacity
One of the following:
- Graduate of an accredited program of nursing and ACMA certified
- Bachelors’ degree in Social Work
Licensure, Registration, Certification:
One of the following:
One of the following:
- Current Alabama RN license
- Current Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*
- Licensed in Alabama as a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW)
- Licensed in Alabama as a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW)
- Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama

Substantial background in management in an acute care setting
Responsibilities:
Manages the overall operations of the Case Management function for Infirmary Health in order to provide services which meet IH's standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes.
