Form of work**** CANDIDATES MUST BE A RESIDENT OF THE STATE OF LOUISIANA DUE TO GRANT REQUIREMENTS . **** JOB PURPOSE: This role ensures that the services provided to our clients are timely, complete, documented, and carried out according to related contracts and policies & procedures. The Case Aide/Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) Admin provides focused support for the day-to-day operations of the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and enforces the relevant HMIS policies as set forth by the Communities of Care (CoCs).
This position will work closely with case managers in providing comprehensive wrap-around services with tasks associated with serving clients and their families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with the goal of increasing their quality of life and maintaining the highest possible ability to function within the community.
