Carpenter/Framer

Duties:

• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
• Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
• Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client requirements
• Use hand and power tools to complete projects
• Collaborate with other carpenters and construction professionals on projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a carpenter
• Proficient in a variety of carpentry skills, including: plumbing, painting, water damage restoration, caulking, cabinet installation, plaster, woodworking machines, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying
