SalaryCarpenter Helper/Apprentice, 1099-NEC position
We're looking to bring on an apprentice/helper to work under one of our experienced Lead Carpenters (and the owner interchangeably). Must have some experience in remodeling residential homes or be willing to focus intently while being trained. Must be willing to be shuffled around from project to project at times as needed.
Down the road, we'll be filling a role for an experienced or lead carpenter.

We think long-term and want to hire someone that is willing to grow with the company as maybe ........just mabye.....your last employer. We always show up clean and presentable - do not show up smelling like you haven't showered in a week, weed or booze - it's grounds for immediate dismissal. You will need reliable transportation.

Are you intuitive and mindful? Are you driven by accomplishment of a job well done? Are you fine with dealing with customers who might be a little picky? Are you honest with yourself? Do you understand that being 5 min's early is considered late?
Preferred Experience: Framing, basic concrete work, Decks, basic's of electrical , basic's of plumbing, drywall, window's & doors, HVAC, tile, LVP flooring, painting basics, concrete basics, general handyman type fixes for which there aren't clear guidelines, measurement basic's, have a basic set of hand tools and power tools.
We do require a resume - it can be very basic and it can even be in Spanish.
