A. Position: Cargo Service Representative-LAX

· Job Type: Full-Time

· Location: LAX Airport

· Job Schedule: 09:00-17:30 (Working shift will be flexible according to flight schedule)

B.Job Description/Responsibilities:

· Tracking and tracing shipment to ensure cargo movement & delivery.

· Responsible for answering all cargo inquires.

· Responsible for resolving cargo claims.

· Maintaining inbound and outbound cargo records.

· Providing general customer service.

· Flight support and monitoring.

C.Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

· Good communication skills in English, Mandarin Chinese preferred.

· Strong planning and organization skills, and attention to details.

· Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.

C. 岗位要求:

· 英文听说读写流利，懂普通话优先

· 熟悉MS Office办公软件操作

· 出色的沟通能力、工作细致有耐心
