Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and organizing
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions, if applicable
- Assist with childcare and provide support to families, if needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in personal assistance or related roles preferred
- Knowledge of systems and procedures related to home care, childcare, or social work
- Familiarity with patient care and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Ability to prepare meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences
