Role
We are seeking trustworthy caregivers, home health aides, and CNAs that will care for our clients with professionalism and compassion wherever the clients call home. You will be responsible for implementing our clients’ daily care plan in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with agency policies and industry standards. Our mission is to provide our clients quality home care services by providing a safe, loving, and compassionate in-home care environment that is built on Christian values of love, patience, and honesty.
We are seeking caregivers, home health aides, and CNAs to join our growing company that proudly serves Jefferson and Shelby counties, including Birmingham, Alabaster, Calera, Columbiana, Chelsea, Helena, Pelham, Maylene, Bessemer, and McCalla.

As a caregiver you will:
- Provide attention to client’s non-medical needs
- Provide companionship including social interactions, emotional reassurance and initiate activities that stimulate the mind.
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, dressing, grooming, and transferring in and out of bed or chairs
- Transport or escort the client to medical and other appointments
- Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
- Implement the care plan as instructed
- Complete and maintain records of daily activities, observations, and direct hours of service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma
- Genuine Desire to help seniors
- National background check
- Drug Screening
- Authorization to work in the US (if applicable)
- TB test
- A professional and friendly attitude
- A willingness to work flexible hours, which may include night shifts
- Have good attendance
- Ability to keep CPR current
