Duties include:
*Assisting with activities of daily living, i.e.: bathing, grooming, dressing, and ambulating.
*Communication with facility Med Aides on care needs of residents.
*Ability to follow service plan specific to each resident.
*Work as effective team member in providing quality care to residents.
*Provide a safe environment for residents and fellow staff members.
Will train the right person.
