Caregiver Supervisor

Christian Care Fellowship Square of Phoenix is looking for a Certified Caregiver Supervisor. The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents.

Job Description: 

The purpose of this position is to provide supervision of Certified Caregivers who provide a broad range of services to the residents in our Assisted Living facility. This position is considered a "working" supervisor as the supervisor is required to perform regular caregiver duties in addition to supervisory responsibilities.

• Arizona Caregiver certification is required from an approved agency or company that will pay for Caregiving certification.
• Background check, DPS Fingerprint Card, Current TB test, Food handler card, and pass drug screening.
• Must have current Adult CPR and Basic First Aid Training.
• Minimum of HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in an assisted living setting with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience. 
• The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
