Caregiver Need

Community Horizons is assisting a wonderful woman in the Fond du Lac area to hire a new caregiver to add to her team. This is a one-day-a-week position on Fridays only. The start time can be flexible but late morning is preferred.

This is the perfect position for someone looking for a little extra spending money or a productive way to give back to the community!

Hours: Late morning (Flexible)

Pay: $15-$16

Community Horizons LLC. offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how to receive them. All hiring decisions are made by the member.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week
