Availability to work on the specified schedules: (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) from 9am to 2pm
Job Description: Collaborative Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to assist a client in Stamford. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing our client's quality of life and providing essential companionship. The Stamford Care Plan Includes:

• Elderly couple needs assistance with medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, driving them to doctor appointments, driving for local errands
• Companionship
• Good communicator who can inform family on how their parents are doing
• Mileage reimbursement for transportation services provided

• Eligible to work in the United States for any employer
• Pass a background check and drug testing per company standards

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Our Caregivers are responsible for providing hands-on, non-medical, quality care to clients of Collaborative Home Care.
• Caregivers provide care based on the plan of care for their clients, which includes activities of daily living such as personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, medication reminders)
• Companion care (e.g. conversation, hobbies and activities, shopping).
• Caregivers must be able to work with minimal supervision, accepting personal responsibility for the maintenance of a professional relationship with the client in accordance with Collaborative Home Care policies and standards.
