We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Escort residents to appointments and outings when needed
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or mental condition
- Respect and uphold the rights of residents
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights
- Familiarity with systems and procedures in assisted living facilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
