Do you want an opportunity to serve with compassion and help others? We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with disabilities in their neighborhood home. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs at our home in Monticello, IL.

Pay
- $17.00/hour
Benefits
- DSP training is provided and paid. Once trained, you will become a certified DSP and will be added to the Health Care Worker Registry (HCWR)

Qualifications
- DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required
- Entry level position
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Successfully complete background check
- Weekend/holiday availability may be required
Responsibilities
- Companionship
- Housekeeping and meal prep

- Assistance with personal care, including bathing and toileting
- Ability to stay alert and responsive
