Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide assistance to our clients in Ladysmith, WI, 54848. The caregiver will be responsible for providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with seniors and individuals with disabilities, and will be able to provide a high level of care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, medication administration
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Monitor clients' health and well-being, and report any changes to the appropriate parties
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands, as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent - must be 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with seniors and individuals with disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed
