Job Title: Caregiver Assistant
Duties:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to elderly individuals.
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting under caregiver supervision.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in conversation and recreational activities.
- Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding according to dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
Experience:
- Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of dementia care and behavior management techniques is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to different caregiving environments and work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
