While Adam will treat you well, so will we (his parents). We provide bonuses, raises and paid time off (for full-time staff) and we’ll be very responsive to any needs you may have. To the extent possible, we’ll schedule the hours that best suit you - any day, sometime between 2 PM to midnight and/or midnight to 6 AM. Please note that you’ll need to work both day and some night hours if you’re interested in working more than 25 hours/week.

- Ensure Adam’s safety by being attentive at all times
- Actively engage Adam and develop a nurturing bond

- Help refine and expand Adam’s care and activity program
Afternoon/evening activities with Adam will include walks, going to the pool or beach, shopping trips, indoor games and puzzles, and listening to live music and other in-town activities.
If you work nights, the bedtime routine will begin with a bath after which you'll monitor Adam until he goes to sleep. Then you can relax or engage in an on-line or other activity while continuing to monitor Adam.
