As part of the Interim HealthCare’s Private Duty Nursing Team, you will provide leadership to and build a high-performance caregiver roster with responsibility for all day-to-day and strategic aspects of caregiver recruiting for a dedicated area.

As a Caregiver Ambassador, you will:
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new caregivers
- Implement new strategies and programs to attract candidates
- Oversee the daily workflow of the caregiver recruitment
- Serve as a liaison with location leadership to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations for hiring processes
- Work with team to ensure that we maximize our HR advertising while maximizing candidate flow to reduce time to hire
To qualify for a Caregiver Ambassador position with us, you will need:
- High School Diploma
- Management experience preferred
- Knowledge of waiver, ODP and OLTL preferred
- Experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related industry preferred
- Able to perform and prioritize multiple functions or tasks.
- Proficient in software programs and be able to navigate between computer systems.
- Must be adaptable, flexible and maintain effectiveness during change.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Able to frequently travel locally and out of town as needed, overnight travel occasionally required.
