General Purpose:
Essential Functions:
- Communicate with clients regarding their job requisitions, clarifying needs and providing qualified candidates.
- Pre-screen applicants to determine their suitability for job placement.
- Process applicants for placement on job assignments.
- Review job specifications per contract and position.
- Gather and learn information relevant to contracts for providing temporary workers to Good Temps’ clients.
- Liaise with applicants in order to maintain their files with up-to-date information, apprise them of Good Temps’ policies and respond to their inquiries.
- Work with computers, using software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and database programs.
- Maintain written records of transactions and prepare written correspondence.
- Conduct intake interviews of applicants.
- Ensure candidates have complete files and are fully qualified according to job specifications.
- Serve as supervisor to placed contract workers.
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
- 2 years of college and 2 years of related experience or 4 years of related experience
- Proficient in Word and Excel or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Database software.
- Two years of experience working in related field, and demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication skills.
- Customer service experience is an asset.
