Compensation:

• Up to $20.00 per hour.

Overview:
As a Care Navigator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our members and their families have a warm and positive experience. From guiding members through seamless check-ins to meeting their care needs, you'll be committed to delivering exceptional service. We're looking for someone with strong customer-service skills, a genuine passion for senior care, and a proactive approach to ensuring every member's experience is exceptional.
Responsibilities:

• Welcome members warmly upon arrival, creating a safe and comfortable environment.
• Maintain and update member information in our electronic medical records system.
• Coordinate appointments and referrals across a diverse care team.
• Assist members with electronic paperwork using our user-friendly kiosks.
• Manage medical records and ensure accurate documentation in our electronic systems.
• Address inquiries from prospective and current members and their families.
• Efficiently handle incoming calls, taking detailed messages and ensuring information reaches the right individuals.
• Support center events as needed.

Skills and Abilities:

• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and welcoming demeanor.
• Dedication to providing high-quality experiences for our senior members.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance processes, and electronic medical record systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC skills.
• Adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic work environment.

Education and Experience:

• Preferred: Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of clinical or similar work experience.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems is advantageous.
