Cardio Kickboxing Instructor

Synergy Fitness For Her in Durham, NC is looking for a Cardio Kickboxing Instructor to join our team.

The Kickboxing Instructors role is to promote fun and at the same time create effective and challenging exercise routines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging and high-energy Cardio Kickboxing program interacting with members in a positive and energetic manner
• Creating workout plans that help increase strength, flexibility & cardiovascular capabilities.
• provide effective coaching and guidance during classes.
• Can motivate participants through challenging workouts and pushing them to their limits.
• Maintain member relationships and cultivate referrals

This is a part time position, 1-2 classes per week.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $25.00/hour.
