Cardiac Technician I

The Non-Invasive Cardiac technician will have an in depth knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices and cardiovascular physiology. The technician aids physicians by conducting non-invasive diagnostic cardiac tests on both inpatients and outpatients, maintains equipment and gathers cardiac testing data for physicians? review. Technical duties include remote and trans telephonic implanted device testing, performs all technical aspects of stress testing, nuclear stress testing, event and holter monitor application, reviews information from device and arrhythmia monitoring and prepares official report for Cardiologist to review, and performs Electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG) and brings abnormal findings to cardiologist attention when needed.
