Our Cards Services team is seeking someone that is passionate about member service and has knowledge and experience in all facets of Card Services. As Card Services Specialist, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Acting as primary system administrator for all Card Services’ systems.
- Processing disputes and fraud claims for all card types.
- Assisting with data breach alerts.
- Researching and communicating with merchants and members for dispute resolution.
- Performing daily maintenance functions related to Card Services.
- Processing HELOC account payoff requests and maintenance.
- Processing service events, incoming mail, and member communications.
The successful candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience of customer service in the financial services industry.
- Card services experience, either retail member facing, or administrative support, is strongly desired.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Regulation E and Card Services claims process preferred.
