SCHEDULE: Full time employees must be available to work full time hours Monday through Friday and Saturdays as scheduled.
SUMMARY: The Card Services Coordinator will handle phone inquiries and help Credit Union staff investigate debit or credit card related inquiries. They will intake, investigate and credit fraud and dispute claims as it relates to Visa card transactions. They will also assist the Bookkeeping Department which includes processing wire transfers, ACH transactions and share drafts. Operates computer and peripheral equipment to process debit/credit data and maintenance by performing the following duties:
· Handling phone inquiries regarding ATM/VCC and other related bookkeeping questions
· Researching problems members have with the ATMs and debit/credit cards
· Processing new debit/credit cards into computer and updating as needed
· Processing NSF debit/credit cards and exceptions
· Investigates fraud claims, issues credits and provides required dispute notices
· Responsible for pursuing chargeback recoveries
· Handling phone inquiries regarding debit/credit cards and other bookkeeping questions
· Handling debit/credit card disputes
· Processing incoming and outgoing wires
· Verifies pending outgoing wires
· Manages VCC paperwork file retention in Synergy
· Assisting members and staff with VISA Card related questions/issues
· Handling the expedited mailing of new debit/credit cards
· Logging and managing returned debit/credit cards
· Responsible for utilizing VISA Fraud Prevention/Data Tracking tools
· Assisting ACH Coordinator or Share Draft Coordinator when needed
· Actively involved in identifying potential fraud
· Responsible for ATM service calls
· Staying up-to-date with Visa rules and regulation changes
· Understanding VDPS outside view software
· Handling photocopies/charge-backs for credit/debit transactions
· Staying up-to-date with new VISA products/tools being offered
· Viewing daily reports related to card limits and AP Batch files
· Managing VISA blocks and configuration settings
· Communicating directly with VISA DPS/Falcon on behalf of credit union
· Provides updated training tools for ATFCU staff as needed
· Posting and researching ATM/Visa adjustments, both from members and the ATM/Visa adjustment board

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma and one-year related experience and/or training. Accounting and Teller experience highly preferred.
Good credit standing is also required and will be verified during pre-employment stage. Once a contingent job offer is made, a criminal background check will be completed.
