This is a temporary position lasting for about 8 weeks with Achieva Credit Union. M-F flexible hours $21 per hour. Previous fraud experience helpful. Hybrid in Dunedin, FL.
Purpose/Duties: Performs a variety of Card & Digital Payments functions in a timely and accurate manner according to established guidelines and procedures. Maintains introductory knowledge of assigned Card & Digital Payments duties. Duties include but are not limited to commercial and consumer tasks related debit, credit and gift card activities. Must participate in training annually, or as required for BSA and the Privacy Act.
Key Result Areas:
- Provides prompt, friendly and accurate service to internal and external customer for debit, credit and Zelle related inquiries.
- Analyzes transactions and provides reporting to PSCU for charge-back items owed. • Upload close-out packets to Onbase.
- Assist with Zelle fraud claims and correspondence to COOP with suspected fraud transactions
- Conducts research to identify possible fraud and minimize exposure to financial loss
- Assists with projects including vendor interaction and internal communication.
- Processes and monitors incoming calls, work orders or service requests
- Responsible for upholding all credit union ethical standards.
- Professional and efficient communications with all departments in order to promote teamwork and high quality member service Represents the credit union in a courteous and professional manner.
