As a Site Supervisor at Johnny Clean Car Wash, your role is critical in driving our operational success and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities as a Site Supervisor include:
- Customer Service:
- Leading by Example: Demonstrate top-notch customer service skills, making customers feel welcome and valued.
- Membership Promotion: Effectively explain and promote Unlimited Wash Club plans, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership:
- Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor new staff in sales and vehicle loading, ensuring alignment with our brand values and standards.
- Safety Focus: Prioritize safety, conducting checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Operations Management:
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth, efficient operations, addressing any issues promptly.
- Clear Communication: Communicate daily roles and expectations clearly to the team.
- Quality Control:
- Standards Compliance: Familiarize with and enforce the position playbook, maintaining high-quality standards across all operations.
- Enhancing Guest Experience: Manage the swift movement of cars, process orders with a smile, and exceed guest expectations.
- Cleanliness and Standards:
