A premier car wash company in Tallahassee, Fl. is seeking energetic and enthusiastic associates who want to get in on the ground floor of a successful business! In this role, you will be greeting customers, answering questions about our car wash, helping them decide which wash to choose, telling them about our monthly unlimited wash plans and directing them to the car wash tunnel entrance where they begin their tunnel wash experience. You will also be expected to walk the property to ensure cleanliness, emptying trash cans as needed, as well as monitor the tunnel equipment. Customer service and overall customer experience is key and what sets us apart!

• Hours: part time hours available. The site is open from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. To be considered for this role, you must live nearby.
• Pay: $14.00 to $16.00 hour. There are also opportunities to make uncapped monthly commissions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience in wireless sales or electronics sales is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in jewelry sales is a plus
- Basic understanding of retail math for handling transactions and providing accurate change
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
