Position: Car Wash Concierge at our CarWash808 Express in Waipio

You might ask, “What is a concierge?” and “What the heck do they do at a Car Wash?”

You’ll be a gatekeeper and a caretaker… making sure our customers are well cared for and educated about our Car Wash process and service. But wait! That’s not all… this isn’t a one size fits all kind of job. While you need to be good on your feet, we also need you to be sharp in your mind. And remember what grandma and grandpa always said about smarts… “use it … or lose it!”

At CarWash808 you will have the chance to fill multiple roles and develop your skills along the way. After you have mastered your customer service skills you will also get the chance to load vehicles onto our conveyor belt. But this isn’t a job for the faint of heart. This is the real-life version of playing your favorite game on console. You’ll have to guide customers in safely and make sure they maintain safe distances from one another, all while maintaining your cool in a fast-paced environment. And yes, accidents do happen, so this is where it helps to exercise your smarts from above to minimize these incidents.

Just when you thought the fun was ending, you can then move on to Flight Deck Operator and control the whole show from behind an array of monitors and controls. If something goes wrong, you will be the last best defense. This role requires great concentration to the front and back ends of our wash, making sure the customers not only get a great wash, but a safe one. After all, safety is not an option at Price Enterprises, Inc.!

JOB SUMMARY:

• Present a neat, clean and professional appearance, wearing the CarWash808 Express uniform with pride.
• Present friendly, helpful attitude and demeanor when dealing with the public, specifically customers, vendors and staff.
• Provide the utmost in customer service at all times while serving in the various operational position of the carwash.
• Assist in maintaining the operational readiness of the carwash.
• Assist with the continuous tasks for maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the carwash.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
