```Duties```
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and manage customer interactions
```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service, outside sales, or retail sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and engage with customers effectively
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and techniques is a plus
- Multilingual skills are a bonus
- Experience in sales support or sales management is an advantage
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques is beneficial
