Car Detailer/Mobile

WAXD Car Detailing is a fully mobile detailing fleet. We provide high-quality detailing services, wherever the customer needs it. Our detailers are presented new challenges everyday and enjoy upside earning potenital and flexible hours. High performing detailers earn significantly more through tips.

Detailers must adapt to new challenges every day, work efficiently to stay on schedule, deliver quality on every job, and manage client relationships effectively. Ideal candidates have prior detailing and customer-facing experience. Detailing is very labor intensive but quality work is often rewarded through tips. This job is meant for someone eager to hustle and face the challenges of a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Drive/operate vans and customer vehicles cautiously
• Work seamlessly with clientele - establish connections/reassure outcomes, collect payments, work out locational/operational issues, etc.
• Operate necessary power tools, generators, water tanks, etc
• Work potentially long hours in harsh conditions (Heat, cold, snow, rain, etc.)
• Keep an organized/clean workstation (Van)
• Independently solve any operational issues - finding job locations, re-filling bottles/dispensers, minor tool adjustments, etc.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces.
• Apply wax/sealants to the exterior of vehicles.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Polish chrome trim and other metal surfaces.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 60 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
