SalaryWe are currently looking for extremely motivatedCar Buyer Assistants to join our Car Buying Team. You will be a right-hand man/woman to the Head Automotive Buyer. If you enjoy talking on the phone, you will enjoy being a Car Buyer Assistant. The days pass quickly while interacting with our automotive buyer, vehicle sellers, vehicle transporters and other team members on the phone, online, by text and in person. The ability to multi-task, be a self-starter, and a team player are all required. Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not a necessity. You will be a vital member of our team.
The Accelerate Auto Group Companies are comprised of an independent dealership, vehicle buying business, auto service/paint/body repair center, and World-Class restoration/customization shop. Car Buyer Assistant – Qualifications
Must be a professional: dependable, trustworthy and maintain a professional appearance
Represent the dealership professionally both in actions and performance of duties with car sellers, transporters and other team members
Must enjoy talking on the phone all day answering incoming calls and placing follow-up calls
Answer phone calls and respond online to all inquiries and texts promptly and accurately using professional and friendly communication skills in addition to being a good listener
Meet specified quotas for outbound calls, texts and emails
Communicate with vehicle transporters to arrange and track vehicle transports
Possess online search proficiency with the ability to read and interpret details and have strong organization skills
Exhibit skills in Windows and be an expert in multi-tasking while using many open windows throughout the day
Have experience working with data entry and databases
2 years of call center/business development center experience is preferred
Experience working with a CRM – Customer Relationship Management system is a plus
