Provide operational and decision-making support to the Bank's Investments group related to asset /liability management, investment acquisition, and compliance with all requisite Bank policies.

Specific Responsibilities:
Support Investments group's daily operations:
- Completion of daily analysis of the Bank's whole loan mortgage portfolio, including mortgage loan pricing, specified pool payups, income simulation, and Option Adjusted Spread analysis
- Completion of daily analysis for the Mortgage-Backed Securities portfolio, such as trade capacity calculations, monitoring of MBS hedged with interest rate swaps, and trade processing/documentation
- Trade processing for the Bank's short-term portfolio, including Fed Funds, repurchase agreements, and deposits
- Support enhanced monitoring of the Bank's short-term counterparties and intraday unsecured exposures
- Capital Markets Strategies Report to the Bank's Capital Markets Committee
- Market and Balance Sheet Data to the Bank's Asset Liability Committee
- Financial Management Report to the Board of Directors
- Quarterly Data Reporting to FHFA
- ODEI Metrics report to the Board of Directors
- OMWI Annual Report and Strategic Plan Dashboard
- Test system trade capture and ensure workflow supports a SOX 404 style control environment
- Test system's ability to calculate pre-trade investment compliance and prevent non-compliant trades from being entered
- Work with IT to develop and test reporting capabilities out of new systems

- BS with concentration in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 0 - 3 years of experience working in a financial institution.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams, and Word.
- Experience with Python, Bloomberg, PolyPaths, Calypso, or mortgage prepayment/default models preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail while coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must not have been convicted on any civil or criminal charge that would suggest a risk to Bank security.
- Ability to work full time.
- Ability to uphold and model the Bank's Guiding Principles
