Capital Improvement Maintenance Technician

People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking a full time Capital Improvement and Maintenance Technician for our affordable housing properties in New Castle Virginia. Repairs include minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate for this position will have knowledge and/or experience in basic maintenance and repair of carpentry, electric, plumbing, and HVAC. Basic computer skills are also required.
