We encourage you to apply if you are an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and have familiarity or interest in the private capital markets.

In this role, you will

  • Assist sales team with prospecting new investor clients
  • Manage and route new inbound leads appropriately across the Capital Connect transactions team
  • Work closely with strategy and business operations to provide actionable sales data and insights
  • Build relationships across the transactions organization and with our cross line of business partners
  • Educate bankers on Capital Connect eligibility and perform inbound prospect qualification
  • Attend network events with investors sales reps and assist with follow up
  • Develop fluency in outbound sales prospecting, CRM tools, and SaaS sales processes
  • Assist the Capital Connect sales team with planning and executing in-market events

  • Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business communication skills; prior capital markets or sales expertise is a plus
  • A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
  • Deep intellectual curiosity and motivation to improve the state of private capital markets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate those skills into presentation format
