Day to Day:
- Hold a daily morning meeting with your team for effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct face-to-face visits to homes, introducing our company and showcasing our products or services.
- Endure prolonged periods of standing or walking in an outdoor environment.
- Sustain a polished demeanor and adhere to professional standards in both appearance and behavior.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic team of canvassers to drive a result.
Requirements and Skills:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with an approved driving record.
- Results-driven mindset with a hunger for success.
- Possessing the capacity to uphold a professional and positive demeanor.
- Complete a paid basic management course.
Our Canvass Managers enjoy:
Lucrative earning potential-
- Guaranteed base rate of $28.85/hr.
- Uncapped daily bonus opportunities.
- Additional monthly bonus opportunities.
- Average first-year earnings of $55,000-$75,000 annually. Top performers earn over $100,000+ annually.
- Consistent commitment to developing leadership skills and pursuing avenues for personal and professional growth.
Experience & Qualifications:
- A passion for mentorship and the ability to inspire and guide team members towards personal and professional growth.
- Previous leadership/management experience preferred, but not required.
- Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey goals, motivate the team, and engage with clients.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving market conditions and implement innovative canvassing approaches.
