Job Type: Full-Time, Part Time, choose your own days. (Generally Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm) or 9am to 6pm it varies each day - -you may choose as many or as little days as you wish.

Job Description:
Are you passionate about the cannabis industry and eager to be a part of a dynamic team? We are seeking a Cannabis Trimmer, De-Leafer, and Garden team member to join our cultivation team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the cannabis process, ensuring the highest quality product for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Trim and Deleaf cannabis plants with precision and care to maintain quality.
- Assist in general garden maintenance tasks, including deleting, pruning, and transplanting.
- Follow standard operating procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the in house cultivation team and Trusted Herb Care leaders to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a positive and productive attitude while working as part of a team.
- Must show up on time or we send you home
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cannabis cultivation, trimming, or related field preferred.
- IF YOU HAVE TRIMMING EXPERIENCE TYPE EXPERIENCED IT IN ALL CAPITALS.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain product quality.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and comply with all legal requirements.
- NO Felonies.
- Must have your own transportation. Cannot be dropped off for security purposes.
- Must have the ability to use Navigation to and from the jobs.

Our company name is Trusted Herb Care. We are the sister company to INTERSTATE 420 processing, Hello Human, Canna IQ and Higher IQ. We trim medical AND Recreational cannabis, DeNug, Defoliate, package, weigh, sort, fill carts, pre rolls and more related cannabis services.
STANDING most hours. We like to rotate between sitting and standing
Job type is FULL or Part time. You choose your days for the following week the week prior. You can change days each week. No minimum or max).
