Job description

Our organization is seeking fast paced staff to join our team of skilled individuals. The ideal candidate will have a background in the cannabis industry, be able to work well with their hands, and be energetic and motivated to work with our friendly team and maintain the pace of production.

PMT CULTIVATION is a cannabis company in Michigan. PMT is a small batch craft facility that operates with a class C-Recreational License.

PMT's Cannabis Trimmers specifically will be working Monday through Friday and Saturday as needed trimming our product. Experience in trimming is not required but preferred. Shifts and overall tasks besides trimming will vary by production schedule.

Trimmer/Laborers will be paid $15 per hour.

Overtime pay is Time + Half = $22.50 per hour

• Final Trimming dried cannabis product
• Attendance
• Weighing the product while keeping a clean working environment
• Follow established SOP’s to maintain proper workplace sanitation
• Execute various cultivation related techniques precisely and consistently
• Pruning Vegetation Plants
• Harvesting Plants
• Transplanting
• Potting
• Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and
• maintenance instructions, operating procedures, and training materials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; or equivalent combination of
• education and experience.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Kalamazoo, MI 49007: Relocate before starting work (Required)
