SalaryShango is a rapidly expanding fully integrated cannabis company in Oregon seeking a qualified, self-motivated, organized and knowledgeable Sales Associate for the Sales Department for the entire state of Oregon.
The ideal Sales Associate is responsible for marketing and selling the facility’s products to other marijuana establishments, ensuring the durability of such business-to-business relationships and assisting the Director of Sales in community outreach efforts. Outside sales is required and defined as selling outside of an internal company structure within a territory to maximize company revenue and profit through current and new business accounts utilizing their superb work ethic, strong communication skills and adept sales capability.
Description
- Outside sales of marijuana, concentrates and infused products produced at the Shango facility(s) to licensed marijuana production and dispensary facilities.
- Assist the Director of Sales in implementing the facility’s community-focused marketing and outreach efforts.
- Assist the Director of Sales in preparation of sales with respect to the variety of strains of marijuana grown at the facility.
- Assist the Director of Sales with lead generation and achieving sales goals.
- Prepare sales orders and all related regulatory paperwork.
- Aggressively apply his or her talents, education and experience to ensure that every opportunity is taken to improve the sales performance and positive community image of the company.
- Keep open communication with other departments to stay current on available product and to coordinate orders.
- Communicate with and arrange payment for 3rd party distributors when applicable.
