Brand Ambassador

Capital Cannabis, a leading provider of high-quality cannabis products, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our brand and promoting our products to increase sales and customer loyalty. • Engage with customers and provide product knowledge, recommendations, and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and generate potential new customers.
• Conduct product showings and educate consumers on the benefits, uses and value of our cannabis products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collect customer feedback and utilize systems to improve our products and services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or within the cannabis industry.
• OLCC Marijuana Worker's Permit. *Easy to obtain if you don't already have*
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Exceptional sales and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel to various locations as required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to represent the company in a positive and inclusive manner.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and self-motivation.
