Shattered Thoughts is seeking a Cannabis Production Team Member to join us!

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application and pass a criminal background check. Upholding Michigan marijuana laws is mandatory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of all products in compliance with company, local, and state policies and procedures and product specifications.
• Ensure daily production schedule and goals set by Management are met.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness of all packaging equipment, production areas, and sanitation practices concerning handling of product according to company procedures; report any potential contamination to Management immediately.
• Detect and report production inefficiencies when identifiable and work as a team to find solutions in a timely manner.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure the safety and quality of all products.

Qualifications:

• No cannabis experience required.
• Kitchen/ production experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced and high-volume production setting is preferred.
• Able to learn new skills and transition efficiently from one task to another.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others.
• Communication skills and ability to follow directions are essential.

Job Physical Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to and from facility location.
• Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to read fine print (typed font).
• Must be able to operate kitchen and other production equipment for extended periods.
• Frequently moves kitchen/ production/ packaging equipment and products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Job Type:

Full-time

• 40 hours (5 days, 8 hours)
• 1 hour paid lunch break per day

Part-Time

• 20-30 hours
• Full work days preferred (8 hours/day)
• 30 minutes, up to 1 hour, of paid lunch depending on daily work hours

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
