SalaryWe are a licensed retail marijuana cultivation and we are looking for general laborers to work in our climate controlled greenhouses. Must be able to work on your feet 10 hours daily. Must have flexibility in scheduling, some shifts may require weekend hours. Must be reliable and show up to work on time. No experience required, just looking for hard working individuals that want to break into an exciting industry. MUST HAVE MED BADGE. Located 15 miles north of Walsenburg, CO. Pay is $15/ hour, unlimited hours available.
Daily Activities include: Working in the garden, working in the outdoor grow, CLEANING, CLEANING, CLEANING, feeding plants, transplanting plants, post production (packaging pre-rolls, trimming, etc), Maintenace, construction help, harvesting, cloning, deleafing.
There are no defined roles in our company, we work as a team so get all the tasks done in a day.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
