Retail Associate

We are currently looking for dependable, long term Retail Associates for our fun and fast paced shop!

Bayou Art is seeking enthusiastic people that will help to provide a positive shopping experience for our customers and are ready to learn and grow with our company!

Duties will include (but are not limited to) greeting customers, assisting them with finding products in the store, as well as providing information on the products we have available. While having prior knowledge of vinyl, sublimation, or other craft styles is a plus-it is not a requirement! We train our associates at time of hire as well as continued training as new products arrive.

If you are someone who is personable, reliable, willing to learn, able to follow instructions, and capable of basic retail skills such as operating a point of sale system- we invite you to apply!

Good attendance, a friendly demeanor, and reliable transportation are a must.

THIS POSITION DOES REQUIRE OPEN AVAILABILITY ON WEEKENDS.

Associates must be able to stand for long periods of time and some light lifting may be required.
