Cannabis Event Specialist

Are you interested in learning more about the cannabis industry in Utah? We need a hardworking individual who wants to work at specialized medical Cannabis Events that Lotus Clinic provides to local brands and vendors.

We are looking for a highly personable individual who wants to work at a few small events and is willing to learn and grow with us to do multiple events per week as well as work with our private clinic to have even more specialized and high volume events in the future as we learn and grow as well. This position will include training so you can be up to date with current laws, jargon, and paperwork both about cannabis as well as our event training. The position involves a great sense of communication and attitude with the public and, most importantly, our clients, new and old.

We need you to work with the public to help us have efficient and safe events that are medically specialized and casual or business oriented with local businesses in St George and the surrounding Utah areas.

You will also be liaisons with event holders and QMP (qualified medical professionals) to ensure the events go smoothly from start to finish. When working, you might be asked to handle things like assisting with patient sign-ups, troubleshooting patient EVS accounts, questions from walkups at the street events, or even just sanitizing equipment between patients while charting before end of day breaks down.

Job Duties include:

• Cannabis experience is a plus
• Working some weekdays/nights as well as weekends
• Be available for spontaneous events
• Setting up and tearing down the event space, inside or outside, lifting and moving tables, chairs, tents, and computers.
• Educate the public on the websites and platforms we use on phones and iPads.
• The ability to handle particular questions related to the clinic, cannabis, and Utah state regulations
• Medical office training a plus
• Phone etiquette.
• The ability to manage a crowd as well as have one on one conversations with patients
• Cross training
• Tech Savvy

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
