Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience - Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems to process customer transactions - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts - Multilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus for communicating with diverse customers - Familiarity with technical sales or electronic devices is beneficial Skills: - Strong ability to sell products and persuade customers to make purchases - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members - Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems - Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service principles As a Retail Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, interacting with customers and helping them find the right products.
