We offer diverse opportunities including full-time, part-time, seasonal, and night shifts. As a valuable member of our Production Team, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our cutting-edge facility, dedicated to crafting high-quality freeze-dried candies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Loading: Ensure efficient loading and unloading of candy processing machines to maintain a continuous production flow.
• Candy Bag Filling: Accurately fill and package candies into bags according to specified weights and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor and uphold the quality of candies throughout the filling process, adhering to our stringent company standards.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with Team Members to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, contributing to the overall efficiency of production.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Adhere to strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols to uphold our commitment to producing safe and hygienic candies.
• Order Packing: Pack wholesale orders and TikTok orders efficiently for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and maintain precision in candy filling and packaging processes.
• Physical Stamina: Exhibit the ability to lift and move heavy loads, as well as stand for extended periods during the production shift.
• Team Player: Possess strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other Team Members.
• Adaptability: Display the ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment and handle unexpected challenges with a positive attitude.
• Initiative: Be proactive and self-motivated, taking the initiative to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and safety regulations is advantageous.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Certifications:

• Our facility has successfully passed inspections by the Ohio Department of Agriculture, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Additional certifications related to food handling and safety are welcomed.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
