Job description

The Campus Relations Coordinator serves as an internal subject matter expert to facilitate navigating student/intern programs across Rogers Behavioral Health.  They will work in partnership with Campus Relations, Talent Acquisition and other key stakeholders, to execute recruiting strategies to fill pipeline of candidates for early career programs and internships across the organization and work directly with students to ensure their onboarding.  The Campus Relations Coordinator will partner with local and regional universities, colleges and technical colleges to support intern programs and preserve intern experience, with the goal of translating interns into future Rogers talent. 

 

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Execute Campus Hiring Goals and Objectives:
    • Accurately post and maintain compelling job postings and applicant records in Handshake and Rogers Applicant Tracking System, Silkroad.
    • Review all campus resumes and applications within 24 hours of submittal providing timely updates on candidacy.

 

  • Coordinate Partnerships (high school, colleges, community and universities):
    • Register for campus career fairs and track results including ROI.
    • Conduct outreach to local and regional colleges and high schools to identify new opportunities.

 

  • Create and Maintain Affiliation Agreements with Schools:
    • Draft Affiliation Agreement (AA) when school/student inquiries about potential placement at Rogers Behavioral Health and send to appropriate school contact.
    • Follow up/reach out to school contact for updates on AA status.
    • Maintains revisions to Agreements and adds contracts into Contract Guardian site for record.

 

  • Manage Intern and School Documents:
    • Establishes and maintains necessary internship program documents with schools in partnership with Campus relations recruiter.
    • Communicate clearly with students regarding their onboarding needs and requirements.
    • Proactively manage candidate communication to insure timely start.

 

  • Represent Rogers at Career Fairs:
    • Represent Rogers at career fairs, campus and student organizations, and other recruitment avenues to target potential future employees at Rogers and tell the Rogers story.

 

 

Education/Training Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in business, human resources, clinical or related field is required or be currently enrolled in program.
  • A minimum of one (1) years’ work experience preferably Human Resources.
  • Previous early career program and/or university relations experience preferred.
  • Hold a valid automobile driver’s license.
  • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
