- POSITION PURPOSEResponsible for greeting patients, family members, visitors, physicians and staff. Directs visitors to other areas of the hospital campus. Transports patients or visitors via wheelchair to outpatient or inpatient areas within the hospital campus. Serves as a customer relation’s liaison with patients and family for the System.

- PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Ensures patients and families are greeted and provided direction in a timely manner.
- Functions as a customer relation’s representative for the public, physicians, patients and staff.
- Assists patients and families in obtaining wheelchairs for patient transport.
- Ensures timely response to incoming telephone calls in a customer friendly manner.
