Job Description
- Develop and lead engaging age and skill appropriate outdoor group Activities and Games.
- Maintain an inventory of program supplies related to the outdoor group activities.
- Ensure that safety procedures and protocols are followed by staff and campers.
- Professional experience working with children from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience and interest in the area of outdoor group activities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm, a spirit of flexibility, and high degree of initiative.
- Experience supervising staff in a professional setting.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- Previous summer camp experience.
- A sense of humor.
- Constant movement around the camp.
- Ability to work outside during the summer months.
- Frequent standing and sitting.
- Frequent moving of objects up to 20 pounds.
